Changelog

What's new in Doku.

We ship improvements every week. This is the full list — no vaporware, only what you can use today.

  1. Doku on WhatsApp

Link your account and talk to the Doku assistant right from WhatsApp: create tasks, check what's pending and get updates without opening the app.

  2. Custom task statuses + a faster Kanban

Every space can now define its own task statuses beyond To do / In progress / Done. The Kanban also feels instant: new cards appear immediately and dragging tasks between groups is more reliable.

  3. Cleanup for the whole project

The cleanup tool now triages every task in a project — not just yours — so the board ends the week up to date.

  4. Bilingual blog with 30+ guides

We published the full blog in Spanish and English: comparisons, templates, management and AI guides. All indexable, with sitemap and hreflang.

  5. AI-powered Figma design review

Connect a Figma file and let Doku review it: feedback classified as critical vs. suggestion, with per-task Yes/No approval.

  6. Connect your favorite AI (MCP)

Any MCP-compatible assistant (like Claude) can read and update your tasks: list what's pending, create tasks and post updates with @mentions that actually notify.

  7. AI usage stats per space

New Doku-AI usage panel with a per-space breakdown, plus a ceremonies hub with an active-ceremonies counter in the sidebar.

  8. Team ceremonies

Create dailies, retros and plannings with a step-by-step wizard: tasks grouped by project, configurable voting and a results dashboard.
